Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim whenever applicable.

Salomon Truck Parts & Export is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers once the order has been released for shipment. However, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when possible.

Please retain all packaging materials and provide photos or documentation if requested during the claims process.
