Return Eligibility

Most products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The item has not been used or installed

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by Salomon Truck Parts & Export before a refund or credit is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Electrical parts

  • Installed or used products

  • Opened items

  • Special-order products

  • Fluids or hazardous materials

  • Products damaged after delivery

Additional non-returnable items may apply depending on the manufacturer or supplier policies.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges, freight costs, handling fees, or special shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect product shipped by Salomon Truck Parts & Export

  • Damaged item received

  • Verified order error caused by our team

In these cases, Salomon Truck Parts & Export may provide return assistance or cover eligible return shipping costs.

Return Authorization

Certain returns may require prior approval or return authorization before the item is shipped back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Customers are encouraged to contact our team before returning any product.

Inspection & Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.

If the return is approved, refunds or store credits may be processed within approximately 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refund timing may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
