Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Requirements

Valid photo identification
Any additional information requested for verification purposes

Salomon Truck Parts & Export reserves the right to refuse pickup if order verification cannot be completed.

Authorized Pickup by Another Person

Orders may be picked up by another authorized individual if prior authorization is provided by the customer.

The authorized person may be required to present:

Authorization confirmation from the original customer

Inspection at Pickup

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products before leaving the pickup location.

Once products leave the premises, certain claims regarding missing items, damages, or incorrect products may be limited.

Heavy or Freight Items

Certain oversized, heavy, or freight-only items may require:

Customers are responsible for ensuring they arrive with a suitable vehicle for pickup when necessary.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation, restocking fees, or inventory release depending on product type and availability.
